Overview
This website is a personal portfolio. There are no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising services. Personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary to deliver the pages.
Hosting and delivery (Cloudflare)
The website is provided via Cloudflare Workers by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, and browser and device information. This serves the secure and reliable delivery of the website and the defence against attacks; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website.
Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. To defend against attacks, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). More information: Cloudflare privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. No data is stored in your browser’s local storage.
Fonts
The fonts used are delivered together with the website. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is made when you visit.
Links to LinkedIn and Instagram
The website contains plain links to profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. No content or scripts from these services are embedded; data is only transferred once you click a link. From then on, the provider’s privacy policy applies.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details (email address, name, content of the message) are processed to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or employment, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please contact the address above.
